Elevate Terms and Conditions

1. The basics
1.1 Elevate consists of a 12 week style coaching programme (the "Programme") and an optional ongoing monthly membership available afterwards ("Ongoing Membership"). These terms govern both. Elevate is operated by Elevate With Style Limited ("we", "us").
1.2 These terms should be read alongside our Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, available at [INSERT WEBSITE LINK]. Community content is governed by our Community Guidelines.
1.3 We are based in England, and these terms are governed by English law. Members join us from around the world, and you may hold additional consumer protections under the law of your own country. Nothing in these terms removes any legal right you are entitled to.
1.4 You must be 18 or over to join.
1.5 If you joined under a previous plan or price, these terms still apply to you, though certain details, such as price or billing date, may differ from those set out here. Contact us at support@lizzieedwards.com if you are unsure which terms apply to you.
2. Joining
2.1 Acceptance onto the Programme or into Ongoing Membership is at our discretion.
2.2 You are responsible for keeping your login details secure, and must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
3. What you are buying
3.1 The Programme is a one-off, 12 week purchase, covering the Style Reset course, your Style Confidence Path, and everything else described on the sales page at the time of purchase. The content included in your Programme is fixed to that offer for the duration of your 12 weeks.
3.2 At the end of the 12 weeks, you may choose to join Ongoing Membership. This is a separate purchase requiring your active decision, it does not renew automatically, and it is offered only to Programme members, not sold separately to the public. The content and features included in Ongoing Membership may change over time, as our offering develops. If you no longer wish to continue on the current terms, you may cancel at any time under clause 5.3.
3.3 You are purchasing access, not ownership. Once your Programme term or Ongoing Membership ends, your access to the Style Reset course and all other video content ends with it. Materials you have downloaded while a member, such as worksheets, our book or the audiobook, remain yours to keep.
3.4 We provide individual advice, including during coaching calls. This advice reflects our honest, professional opinion, given in good faith, and is not a guarantee of outcome. We are not liable if a recommendation does not deliver the result you hoped for.
4. Paying for the Programme
4.1 The price is shown at checkout. Payment may be made in full or across three monthly installments.
4.2 Choosing the instalment option constitutes a contract and commitment to pay all three installments in full, regardless of whether you complete the Programme or subsequently join Ongoing Membership.
4.3 Full payment of all installments is required to retain access for the full 12 weeks.
4.4 If a payment fails, you have 7 days to resolve it before we may suspend or end your access. The full amount remains due regardless.
4.5 Prices include VAT where applicable.
4.6 Other than as set out in our guarantee (clause 6), Programme payments are non-refundable.
5. Ongoing Membership
5.1 Billed monthly from your join date, at the price in effect at that time.
5.2 Your price remains unchanged for as long as your membership stays continuously active, even if the price increases for new members.
5.3 You may cancel at any time by emailing support@lizzieedwards.com. No notice period is required. Access continues to the end of the calendar month already paid for.
5.4 You may pause your membership once, for up to 3 months, retaining your existing price, provided your membership has remained continuously active. Contact us to arrange this.
5.5 If you cancel and later rejoin, you will pay the price in effect at that time, not your original price, unless we choose to offer a specific alumni rate.
5.6 If a payment is not made within 7 days of the due date, we may suspend your access.
6. Our guarantee, and cancelling
6.1 We offer a 90 day guarantee on the Programme. Where you have completed the Style Reset course and its worksheets in full, and engaged with the coaching calls, but genuinely feel the Programme has not worked for you, email support@lizzieedwards.com within 90 days of joining. Once we have confirmed the work has been completed, we will provide a full refund.
6.2 Because the Elevate Mighty Network hub provides instant digital access, logging in constitutes a waiver of the standard 14 day cooling-off right, in favour of the longer guarantee set out above.
6.3 Outside of clause 6.1, Programme payments are non-refundable, including where paid by instalment.
6.4 We may end your Programme place or Ongoing Membership immediately for serious or repeated breach of these terms or our Community Guidelines.
6.5 If your access ends for any reason, any unpaid amounts become immediately due, and clauses 3.3 and 8 continue to apply.
7. Coaching calls and recordings
7.1 Group coaching calls and other live sessions may be recorded, including any questions or contributions made during them.
7.2 By joining a live session, you agree that it may be recorded, and that we may use, store and share that recording with other members as part of our content.
7.3 Recordings form part of our content library and are periodically reviewed and cleared, at present on an approximate two year cycle. As recordings capture shared group sessions used as ongoing content for other members, individual contributions cannot be edited or removed from a recording once it has been made.
7.4 You may not make your own recordings of any calls or content without our prior written consent.
8. Our content
8.1 The Style Reset course, worksheets, recordings and the members' hub belong to us or our licensors. Purchasing the Programme or Ongoing Membership does not transfer ownership of any of it.
8.2 You may not copy, share, sell or publish any of it.
8.3 You are granted a personal licence to use the content while your Programme term or Ongoing Membership is active. This licence ends automatically when that access ends, except in respect of materials downloaded while a member, such as worksheets, our book or the audiobook, for which your personal licence continues.
8.4 You may not use our logo or branding without our prior written consent.
8.5 You may not promote your own products or services to other members without our permission.
9. What we promise, and what we don't
9.1 We will deliver Elevate to a good standard.
9.2 We cannot promise specific results. Outcomes depend significantly on your own engagement with the Programme.
9.3 We aim to keep all information accurate, but cannot be held responsible where something has changed or is no longer current.
9.4 Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Liability
10.1 Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as liability for personal injury caused by our negligence.
10.2 We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business, or other indirect losses.
10.3 Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.
10.4 We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
11. Data and recordings
11.1 Personal data, including recordings, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
11.2 If you request deletion of data we hold about you, including material within a recording, we will consider that request in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Where a recording forms part of shared group content used by other members, we may be unable to fully action a deletion, and will explain the reason if so.
12. General
12.1 By joining, you confirm you are of legal age to enter into this agreement, and that the details you have provided are accurate.
12.2 We may update these terms from time to time. Where a change is significant, we will provide reasonable notice by email. Continued membership following that notice constitutes acceptance of the update.
12.3 A failure to enforce any right under these terms does not waive that right.
12.4 If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply.
12.5 These terms, together with the documents referred to in clause 1.2, constitute the entire agreement between us.
12.6 These terms are governed by English law, without prejudice to any consumer protections you hold under the law of your own country.
